Highland District at Magnolia Square

Now Selling New Homes from the $300s on Lake & Wooded Lots

A Place to Call Home

Located in beautiful Central and starting in the $300s, homes in the Highland District at Magnolia Square are traditionally styled with front porches and rear yards. Free from flooding that impacted Central in 2016, home sites are well above flood levels; giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your home and your family are safe.  But more than that, Highland District is a place to invest time with family as you connect with all the amenities and benefits Magnolia Square in Central has to offer.

Common green spaces, a pool, pavilion, restaurant, a spa and other amenities in Magnolia Square are designed to allow residents to live, work and play within a completely walkable environment.
