Village at Magnolia Square

******** SECOND FILING COMING SOON ******** We're excited to share with you this filing of homes priced from the $350s, with options for custimization and move-in ready by Summer 2019.

A Place to Call Home

Located in beautiful Central and starting at just $350,000, Bardwell homes in Village at Magnolia Square are traditionally styled with front porches and rear yards. Free from flooding that impacted Central in 2016, home sites are well above flood levels; giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your home and your family are safe.

The community has ample common green spaces, as well as a pool, pavilion and other amenities designed to allow residents to live, work and play within a completely walkable environment. Village at Magnolia Square includes a town square with a restaurant, retail shops and boutique office space.

The residential Highland District will complement the current development. For more information about homes and sales, call Heather Kirkpatrick with EXP Realty at 225-252-0668.
