Scott Bardwell

Scott Bardwell is the president and founder of Bardwell Homes. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and began his career in high-level real estate investment banking at Bank of America’s headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1999, Scott returned to Baton Rouge with a vision to build homes using a thoughtful, detail-driven approach—one that eliminates the small mistakes that often frustrate designers and homebuyers. Guided by the belief that great design should be a fundamental feature of every home, Scott has cultivated strong relationships with some of the most respected architects and designers in the Baton Rouge area. These collaborations have led to the construction of homes for families in many of the city’s most prestigious and sought-after communities. Beyond his professional work, Scott is especially proud of his service in leadership roles at his alma mater, The Dunham School, as well as at First Presbyterian Church and the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition.
