Building a new home requires precision, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality. At Bardwell Homes, that commitment doesn't end at closing.
As part of our standard process, we schedule a 30-day check-in to make sure everything is working as it should, followed by an 11-month visit to address any minor items before your first year is complete. It's simply part of how we build and how we take care of the people who trust us with their home.
Your Bardwell home is also protected under the Louisiana New Home Warranty Act — 1 year workmanship, 2 years on mechanical systems, and 5 years on structural coverage.
If you need to log a warranty request in the meantime, you can do that below. Thank you for choosing Bardwell Homes.
To submit a warranty request, please log in to your Buildertrend portal below. This allows us to track and respond to your request as quickly as possible. If you don't have portal access, please call our office at (225) 924-4058.
