Step 1
Meet with Realtor
First stop, meet with Realtor Heather Kirkpatrick of Keller Williams Realty to explore community options, available lots, and house plans. Choose your preferred house plan in the community that will best fit your needs.
Step 2
Personalize Your Home
Personalize elements of your chosen house plan with Bardwell Homes' design process. Select finishes from a wide variety of options that showcase your personality, character, and touch with the guidance of our professional team. Read more about our pre-sold process.
Step 3
Construction
Once interior and exterior design selections are approved, construction will begin on your new home. You can sit back while our dedicated team provides frequent updates on stages like foundation, framing, drywall, trim, and finishes.
Step 4
Final Walkthrough and Move-In
In the final stage of building your home, our team focuses on fencing and landscape installation to enhance the exterior of your property. Then it’s time for final walkthroughs, including an orientation session with Bardwell Homes to familiarize you with the functionality of your new home. During this time, we also prepare and complete any remaining items on the punch list to ensure your home is ready for you to move in and enjoy.
